Hi! My Name Is Cindy...

Cindy Rose - M.A., R.P., CCTP
Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor & Clinical Director
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and it is important to find someone you feel comfortable with. Here is a little about me to help you decide if we might be a good fit.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (R.P.), with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Level Two (CCTP), with Evergreen Certifications, and a member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP). I hold a Master of Arts in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and couples, using a client-centred and trauma-informed approach. I enjoy supporting parents as they navigate the challenges and changes that come with raising children. I also have a special interest in women’s health, including supporting those experiencing perimenopause and menopause. If faith or spirituality is meaningful to you, I am happy to integrate those perspectives into our sessions. I value creating a space where you can feel at ease to be yourself—bringing warmth and, when it feels right, a sense of humour to our work together, so you can engage in the process in a way that feels natural and empowering for you.

My background includes extensive training in trauma and specialized experience supporting individuals with ADHD. I also welcome working with First Responders and their family members.

For couples, I have completed Level One Gottman Method training and support partners as they navigate changes and challenges in their relationships.

Alongside my clinical work, I have experience teaching and facilitating workshops on managing stress, parenting and anxiety in children, trauma and spirituality, conflict resolution, and family dynamics.

For fellow Registered Psychotherapists and graduate students in placement, I meet CRPO requirements to provide clinical supervision. I offer individual, dyadic, and group supervision, and currently have availability to support your professional growth and development.

If you are considering therapy, I invite you to learn more about my approach and experience. My goal is to offer a welcoming, down-to-earth environment where you can feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your journey.
