Cindy Rose - M.A., R.P., CCTP
Registered Psychotherapist & Clinical Director
Cindy is a Registered Psychotherapist (R.P.), a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and a member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP). As a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, she has earned an MA in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy.
Cindy enjoys working with clients of all ages including children, adolescents, adults, parents, and couples. Her approach to therapy is client-centred and trauma-informed. Upon a client’s request, Cindy is happy to integrate any faith-based approach that is relevant to a client, within the therapy setting.

Cindy has completed extensive training in the area of trauma. She is available to work with clients who have a history of trauma and/or recent life experiences that have been traumatic. Additionally, she enjoys working with First Responders and/or their family members.

Cindy has completed the Level One Gottman Method training, and enjoys working with couples who are navigating changes and/or challenges within their relationship.
In addition to counselling, Cindy is an engaging teacher and communicator who has presented and facilitated training on managing stress, parenting and anxiety in children, trauma and spirituality, conflict resolution, and family dynamics, among other topics.

Cindy also meets the requirements of CRPO to provide supervision and is available for supervision for qualifying therapists, and/or student placement therapists.

Hi! My Name Is Stefanie...
Stefanie DeJong - M.A., R.P.
Registered Psychotherapist
Stefanie is a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Stefanie received her Masters in Education with a concentration in Educational Counselling at the University of Ottawa. She completed her Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy training from the IFS Institute in Winter 2023 and regularly participates in an IFS consultation group.

Stefanie has completed training on grief and is honoured to walk alongside those who have experienced various types of losses. She also enjoys working with clients who are experiencing infertility as she has completed training on the topic.
Additionally, Stefanie knows that for some who want to forget childhood traumas it can be very difficult. Stefanie brings a compassionate therapeutic approach that can help and heal childhood wounds that have been continuing to impact current day-to-day life.
Stefanie has worked in a variety of settings including a family health team, a counselling agency, a university and Employee Assistance Program. Stefanie provides individual therapy support for adolescents, young adults, and adults. She approaches therapy as a collaborative partner journeying with clients towards their end goal. Stefanie provides a warm, compassionate space for clients to feel known, heard, and accepted so change can start to take place.

Lewis Lau - MCAP., R.P. (Qualifying)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Lewis is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and an active member of Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). As a Brock University graduate, Lewis has received an honours B.A. degree in Psychology and M.A. in Applied Health Sciences. He has also completed a M.A. in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University.
Lewis specializes in working with adolescent and young adult clients navigating various psychological disorders, including anxiety, depression, OCD and ADHD. He is also passionate about men’s mental health, and takes a hands-on, client-centred, and trauma informed approach to help his clients understand and manage difficult emotions, while clarifying their core values. Upon clients’ requests, Lewis is also glad to integrate faith-based approaches that are relevant to the client within the therapeutic context.
Lewis has completed trainings aimed at supporting clients with OCD, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma-related challenges. He also aims to integrate mental health support with the development of clients’ academic, leadership, and relational skills within the therapeutic context.

Caitlin McMaster - MCAP., R.P. (Qualifying)

Caitlin is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and is an active member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and today, continues to expand her skills through mental health trainings.
Caitlin enjoys working with couples, helping them enhance their relationships, increase satisfaction, and address concerns related to infidelity and betrayal trauma. Her approach is relationship-focused and sensitive to the dynamics within partnerships. Caitlin has completed Gottman Level 1 training.
Additionally, Caitlin has also completed trainings geared towards individuals with anxiety disorders, OCD, panic disorder, and phobias..
Caitlin provides safe and non-judgemental services to individuals of all ages including children (8+), adolescents, adults, and couples.
