Cindy Rose - M.A., R.P., CTIC (she/her/hers)
Registered Psychotherapist & Clinical Director
Cindy offers over 25 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (R.P.), a Certified Trauma Integration Clinician (CTIC), and a member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP). As a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, she has earned an MA in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy. Cindy enjoys working with clients of all ages including children, adolescents, adults, and parents. Her approach to therapy is client-centered, with a specialty in trauma-informed practices. Upon a client’s request, Cindy is happy to integrate any faith-based approach that is relevant to a client, within the therapy setting.
In addition to counselling, Cindy is an engaging teacher and communicator who has presented and facilitated training on managing stress, parenting and anxiety in children, trauma and spirituality, conflict resolution, and family dynamics, among other topics.

STEFANIE DEJONG - M.A., R.P. (she/her/hers)
Stefanie is a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Stefanie received her Masters in Education with a concentration in Educational Counselling at the University of Ottawa. She has worked in a variety of settings including a family health team, a counselling agency, a university and Employee Assistance Program. Stefanie sees clients of all ages: children over the age of 10, teens, and adults. She approaches therapy as a collaborative partner journeying with clients towards their end goal. Stefanie provides a warm, compassionate space for clients to feel known, heard, and accepted so change can start to take place.

DAVID DWARKA - M.Div., R.P. (he/him/his)
At a young age, David found himself struggling with depression. Reaching out for help, he connected with a psychotherapist who was able to help him develop coping skills to manage his symptoms. Most importantly, his therapist provided him with a safe space to show up and engage in self-discovery .
David has always known that his calling in life was to work with others as they navigate their own struggles. He began his professional career working and serving in a variety of capacities developing strengths in pastoral care and leadership. David decided to further his education to better serve his community. Upon completing his Masters of Divinity in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale Seminary in 2014, he began to work as a pastoral counsellor.
David made the jump to full time psychotherapy work in 2020, providing therapeutic support in a clinical setting to youth and adults as they navigated difficult changes resulting from trauma.
David considers it a high privilege to journey alongside people who are suffering and are in need of the kind of support that encourages and helps them build a life worth living. He strives to bring a caring and listening ear into sessions while creating a safe and non-judgemental environment where his clients can feel supported and valued.

STACEY STEMPLOWSKI - B.A., R.P. (she/her/hers)
Stacey grew up in the Niagara Region and is strongly rooted in her passions. She knew from an early age that supporting individuals throughout their journeys was her calling.
After graduating from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Stacey began her career in Social Services. She has gained experience in a wide variety of sectors including Domestic Violence, Mental Health, and Addictions. With this experience, she went on to obtain her Registered Psychotherapist (RP) designation.
Stacey has a strong foundation in wellness having gained certifications in both Yoga and Reiki. A core value in Stacey's practice is to holistically support a person by weaving mental and emotional support with their physical wellness. Stacey works within a non-judgmental approach to support you while accompanying and guiding you through your journey while supporting your goals.
Stacey works with individuals of all ages, and with couples.
