Specializing in trauma-informed care, the therapists at Wellness Counselling Centre offer a holistic approach in their therapy practice as they consider each client's wellbeing. Our therapists work with children, adolescents, and adults with experiences such as trauma, attachment issues, grief/loss, stress/anxiety, and depression.

Our therapists also work with couples and/or parents who are facing challenges in changing dynamics, life developmental changes, communication, or difficult experiences.

Upon a client's request, our therapists can offer a faith-based approach to therapy sessions.
