CHILD & YOUTH THERAPY

Support for growing minds.

When big feelings, worries, school struggles, or family changes weigh on your child or teen, therapy gives them a place to be heard and understood.

With practical tools to steady themselves, and support for you too.

YOU MIGHT RECOGNIZE YOURSELF HERE

Finding the right support to help your child or teen navigate life's challenges.

Childhood and the teenage years come with unique challenges for both kids and parents. You may recognize some of these experiences in your own family:

  • Your child's big feelings seem too large for their small frame, and occasionally overwhelm the peace in your home.

  • Persistent worry or low mood keeps your child or teen from school, spending time with friends, or getting restful sleep.

  • School struggles, attention challenges, or learning concerns have teachers and yourself raising questions about how to best support them.

  • You are concerned about your teen's safety, noticing signs of self-harm, risky behaviors, or overwhelming distress.

  • A major family change, such as a separation, a move, or a loss, has shaken your child's sense of security and footing.

  • Parenting feels much harder than you expected, leaving you unsure of what your child needs from you right now.

  • Your teen seems unusually withdrawn, overwhelmed, or simply unlike themselves lately.

  • Screens, social media, or gaming have become constant battlegrounds, creating distance and making it difficult to connect with your child.
